Delete a single recording

You can do this yourself, at any time: open the recording in the Meetly app and tap Delete this meeting.

The recording's audio, transcript and notes are erased from our server immediately and permanently.

Delete your whole account

In the app: open Account, tap Delete my account and enter your password. Your account and every recording, transcript and note in it are erased immediately.

If you cannot sign in:

Email director@synergenixailsc.com with the subject Delete my Meetly account.
Send it from the email address linked to your account, or include your account name, so we can confirm the request is yours.
We delete your account and confirm by email within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account (name, email and password hash), your settings, and every sign-in on every device.
Every recording, including files you uploaded or shared into Meetly: its audio, transcript, notes and filled-in templates.
Your templates.
Your developer settings: API keys, the model keys you added, pipelines, and any API jobs.
Your voice sample for Bridge, and any Bridge meeting you are hosting.

Everything is removed from our servers and from storage. We do not keep backup copies, so deleted data cannot be recovered.

What is kept, and for how long

Server logs (IP address, time, request, and sometimes short fragments of transcribed text) are not removed on request; they are deleted automatically within 14 days.
Nothing else is kept.
